Evergreen Eyewear, a subsidiary of Laurel Hill Center, is a locally-owned optical shop in the Eugene-Springfield area. Established to offer affordable, fashionable eyewear, we are a stand-alone optical shop that takes outside eyeglass prescriptions. Evergreen Eyewear works in partnership with SWEEP Optical, a full-service optical lab with the ability to fill any prescription and bill Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan. SWEEP Optical is an OregonForward (a non-profit rehabilitation corporation that employs individuals with qualifying disabilities to provide products and services for the state of Oregon) company, allowing Evergreen Eyewear to offer state contract pricing to state and local government agencies.
